I joined the team in July 2024.
What’s your background?
I spent 17 years working across manufacturing, retail, and financial services for PepsiCo, MARS, Woolworths and Insurance Australia Group. My experience centred around finance, data, Integrated Business Planning and transformation.
What does your day-to-day job involve?
I educate and coach my clients so they can achieve business excellence. I publish content on business excellence, focusing on the role of finance and technology in the delivery of organizational strategy. I also work closely with colleagues across the globe on developing our Integrated Tactical Planning and finance body of knowledge, as well as driving our AI agenda, internally and externally, to ensure our clients can obtain and sustain competitive advantage.
What’s your favourite part of the job?
Seeing how the organizational change journey not only delivers outstanding business results but also evolves individuals into a growth mindset.
What’s your idea of a utopian workplace?
When an organization is clear on where it is going and how it will get there, with leadership giving teams the autonomy to deliver on the plan and have fun doing it!
If you had to describe yourself in three words, what would they be?
Optimistic, disciplined and empathetic.
What is your favourite saying?
The secret to happiness is freedom, the secret to freedom is courage.
What would people be surprised to know about you?
I have a black belt in Japanese jujitsu.
