Oliver Wight achieves this initially through knowledge transfer of best practice and through workshops to facilitate the application of these practices to the client as they undertake process redesign. Oliver Wight then provides ongoing coaching support and critique until processes, behaviours and the resulting performances have been attained The Oliver Wight Cascade Education Process ensures managers are educated and are able to educate others within the organisation. Using the process means our clients become self sustainable in educating their people on excellence in business processes.
