Diagnostic & Assessment

Diagnostic

The diagnostic is a high level review of an organisation, designed to provide an effective analysis to determine the priorities for improving the business. The output of a diagnostic outlines the current gaps to excellence in core management processes and key opportunities for organisations to design and achieve a competitive advantage.

The Diagnostic enables Oliver Wight to establish the maturity of the business by process (9 process areas), organisation, people and behaviours. Following the Diagnostic, Oliver Wight provides a report that highlights the current status and key opportunities for an organisation to gain significant business benefits. The diagnostic provides early focus for the business and the opportunity to agree on the path for the journey to business excellence.

Assessment

The assessment is designed to identify gaps in current business processes to those recognised as World Class Best Practice in The Oliver Wight Class A Checklist for Business Excellence - Sixth Edition.

The Assessment provides a detailed analysis and an action plan, setting out specific recommendations, with timing of implementation and benefits to be gained by achieving Class A standards in business processes. Companies are assessed against The Oliver Wight Class A Checklist for Business Excellence – Sixth Edition, to ensure they consistently attain stringent performance measurements that will provide competitive advantage in key business areas.
