Akolade 2nd Annual Integrated Business Planning Summit 2017

Akolade will be holding its 2nd Annual Integrated Business Planning Summit exploring the growing importance of aligning planning processes across all functions in an organisation, which will ultimately enable decision-making to maximise business performance.

As one of the main sponsors and ‘knowledge partner’ for the event, Oliver Wight will be drawing on their experience in IBP with Partners Stuart Harman, Mike reed and Rod Hozack speaking at the summit.  Mike Reed will also be chairing the event, opening and closing the event. On day one, Reed will hold a presentation on the topic of Identifying the characteristics within the different stages of maturity.

As the only IBP specific Forum in Australia, the summit brings together key stakeholders that are looking to start or continue their IBP journey as well as organisations ready to take the next step of IBP maturity.
