Performance Measurement
Best practice measurement of financial and non-financial measure to drive improvement.

Course Overview

You get what you measure in business. Measure the wrong things and get wrong results, measure too many things and confuse people, and measure too few things and get irrational behaviour.

This interactive course is for all managers and shows how excellent companies measure to drive success.

It explains the role of benchmarking to set goals and targets and shows how to establish an integrated set of measures across the business to control performance and drive improvement. It shows the key measures which impacts the Oliver Wight Integrated Business Planning process and the influence they have, and lastly describes how to display results for the maximum impact.
