Course Overview

Even though organisations may have been excellent in elements of the supply chain it is the management of the extended supply chain which we operate, that differentiates between the winners and the losers in business.

This interactive course enables managers to understand their company’s position in the extended supply chain and how it may be optimised for best customer service and business performance. It shows how to design the extended supply chain for identified business groups and how it should be managed and controlled as an integrated part of the business. It also describes appropriate application dependent on the maturity levels of current processes.
