Business Excellence

Course Overview
This course presents the knowledge gained from supporting client excellence programs across the world for over 30 years and is widely recognised as
‘The Forum’ for executives to understand and agree the Management Agenda for change.
The course explains the balance between people, management processes and their supporting tools, emphasizing the importance of people and their behaviours in driving change; describes the firm foundations needed to support programs of excellence; examines the working of the company’s extended supply chain; defines the Integrated Business Planning process (grown from S&OP) to control and grow the business and the supporting sub-processes for demand, supply and product management.
This course is ideal for a company leadership team to come together to identify and start the thinking to resolve the direction and priorities for the business. It is also effective when used by company pioneers to understand and carry back the message and of course for ensuring that newcomers to the leadership team have a common understanding of the issues and the language surrounding the management and control of the business and its journey to excellence.
